Refund and Exchange Policy

At SKAP, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you"re not fully happy with your item, we"re here to help.


1. Returns (Refunds)

  • You may request a refund within 2 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

    • With original tags and packaging

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.


2. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must meet the same return conditions as above.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is not available, you may receive store credit or a refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Damaged items due to misuse or not in original condition


4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photo(s) of the item (if defective or wrong item)

We’ll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.


5. Important Notes

  • Returns/exchanges requested after the stated windows (2 days for refunds, 5 days for exchanges) will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
